Lake Hood Elementary organized a drive-in movie night for students and families with the support of Kendall Ford of Anchorage. The parking lot was packed with vehicles full of students and their families for the screening of The Adams Family Halloween. The school’s PTA came up with the idea after having to cancel its annual school carnival due to COVID. This event provided the school with an opportunity to offer a fun community event to students in a safe environment with social distancing.
