After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, Alyeska Resort hosted its spring festival and 43rd annual Slush Cup sponsored by Toyota Anchorage. Slush Cup is the spring festival’s flagship event and thousands of spectators cheered on the 60 brave snowboarders and skiers as they attempted to make it across a pool of 36-degree water. Judges scored participants and prizes were awarded for biggest air, best crash, and best costume. It was an amazing event and we look forward to next year’s.
