The Adopt-A-Stream Foundation (AASF) accomplishes its mission by conducting Streamkeeper Academy programs, creating educational materials, and providing technical assistance for stream and wetland restoration to local communities. AASF operates from its headquarters on a 20-acre site in Snohomish County’s McCollum Park. The Northwest Stream Center, an environmental learning facility featuring a nature store, trout stream exhibit, and a 1/2-mile elevated nature trail that winds its way through wetlands, dense forests, and two salmon streams, is also located at this site. Recently, on April 22nd, volunteers from Kendall Subaru of Marysville helped plant 8 acres of new trees during our Earth Day planting event.
