About Amy Newport

Amy Newport, Community Relations Specialist Amy Newport grew up in Roseburg, Oregon. When asked what it was like there, she says she's "thankful for having grown up in that great little town, though I always plotted my escape - I didn't make it far, but I love Eugene." Her career within the group started in 2005 as a sales consultant at Kendall Ford. She says she was always her father's "son he never had," and loves rising to a challenge because of it - being told car sales was a man's profession only motivated her to become more successful, and it paid off: Amy soon began working on Kendall's branding process, then became a corporate training official and on her way became director of digital marketing. She is thrilled to return to her true passion, community outreach.  Amy’s energy and passion for Kendall is apparent in everything she does, which makes her the perfect fit as our Community Relations Specialist in Eugene. When asked what her favorite part of working at Kendall is, she'll have a very hard time narrowing it down to one, but if forced she’ll tell you it'd be the relationships that she's built with her "second" family. "It means so much to have their support and belief in my ability." Away from her work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband have been together since she was 18 - together they have four amazing boisterous boys. When she's not watching her boys play sports, her true passion is cooking and entertaining, joking that she's "the modern day June Cleaver... the working version."
