Proceeds from City Sampler help FRA achieve its mission of supporting Alaskans with disabilities\, including our growing senior population with Alzheimer’s disease\, age-related dementias\, and other frail and disabling conditions.

DESCRIPTION:Kendall Subaru of Fairbanks is hosting a meet and greet with Golden Retriever Rescue of Fairbanks! Please join us on October 22nd to meet the fur babies ready for a loving forever home.\n\n\nThis event will be from 5:30 – 7 pm October 22nd in the Kendall Subaru of Fairbanks showroom. \n\nGolden Retriever Rescue of Fairbanks has a three-fold mission:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#1. To rescue unwanted and abandoned dogs and place them into loving homes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThey are a group of dedicated volunteers who work to place unwanted\, neglected\, or relinquished goldens and Retriever mix breeds into new\, loving family settings. We give them a second chance to live in a loving family in a forever home. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#2. To promote and provide education about dogs\, dog care\, and obedience/behavior. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGRRF provides Canine Good Citizen Testing at local community events.\nWe encourage positive training methods for dog behavior modification. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#3. Promote spaying/neutering
