Located in Memphis\, Tennessee\, St. Jude is one of the world’s premier centers for research and treatment of catastrophic diseases in children\, primarily pediatric cancers. St. Jude treats over 8\,600 children annually across the United States and worldwide. St. Jude covers all costs not covered by insurance for medical treatment rendered at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Families without insurance are never asked to pay. \nThat’s where we come in! On April 4th and 5th Q 100 the Point is turning the radio station over to the kids with the 15th Annual Country Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon. Destination Caldwell & Indian Creek Plaza will be hosting the Winter Wonderland Festival\, offering free admission to all visitors. You can take pictures with Santa\, indulge in treats\, go ice skating\, or shop from a variety of vendors. Everything you need to start your holiday season is right here in downtown Caldwell! \n\n\nThis year\, in order to accommodate social distancing guidelines and to disperse crowds\, the celebration has been extended over three days. There will be no official lighting ceremony\, but the Winter Wonderland lights\, ice skating\, food trucks\, vendors\, and entertainment will be the same on all three days. So\, whether you come on Friday\, Saturday\, or Sunday\, you’ll have an equally enchanting experience. \n\n\nPlease note that the holiday lights along Indian Creek will be on display from November 17 to January 8. The lights turn on automatically at dusk every night\, and the best parking spots are along the Railroad from 5th Ave to 12th Ave. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to enjoy the holiday season with your loved ones!
