DESCRIPTION:This Thanksgiving\, let’s come together to make sure our Treasure Valley neighbors have a warm meal on the table! \nJoin Boise Rescue Mission Ministries\, 89.5 KTSY and Project Nation for the annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive on Thursday\, November 12! From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.\, community members are encouraged to stop by one of six participating Albertsons locations to donate frozen turkeys\, nonperishable food items and other everyday essentials. \nWith frozen turkeys averaging just $20 each\, a little generosity can go a long way! Donations will help Boise Rescue Mission Ministries provide Thanksgiving meals\, holiday food boxes and everyday meals for men\, women and children in need throughout the Treasure Valley. \nHow It Works  \nWhen you visit any of the participating Albertsons locations\, you’ll see friendly  Boise Rescue Mission staff ready to hand you a needs list as you walk in. As you  shop\, simply pick up the requested items\, and when you’re done\, drop your  donations in the labeled carts near the store entrances. It’s that easy to make a  difference! \nParticipating Albertsons locations include: \n\n12th & Greenhurst\nCherry & Ten Mile\nHighbrook Way\nEagle & McMillan\nEagle & State\nEagle & Fairview\n\nWhat Can You Donate? \nFrozen turkeys are the biggest priority\, but the Mission is also collecting canned vegetables and fruit\, gravy packets\, stuffing mix\, canned proteins\, pasta sauce\, cereal\, coffee\, granola bars\, applesauce and other pantry staples.
