That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to an essential event that addresses a critical issue: youth suicide prevention. \nThe Snohomish County’s Youth Suicide Prevention Taskforce\, in partnership with the Mukilteo Recreation Department and the Children’s Wellness Coalition-Suicide Prevention Taskforce\, presents “You Are Not Alone: Building Hope\, Resilience\, and Skills to Navigate Crisis.” This event is a crucial opportunity to equip ourselves with the tools and knowledge needed to support our youth and community members. \n🗓️ Date & Time: February 3rd\, 9am-1pm\n📍 Location: Rosehill Community Center\, Mukilteo\, WA \nThis event is designed to offer invaluable resources and training\, including: \n\nTraining Sessions: Learn about warning signs and effective strategies for suicide prevention.\nSupport Services: Discover a range of resources available to aid in crisis situations.\nMedication Disposal: Safely dispose of medications to prevent misuse.\nTherapy Dogs: Experience the comfort and support of therapy dogs.\nFood\, Swag\, and More: Enjoy a variety of refreshments\, giveaways\, and engaging activities.\n\nThanks to the generous support of Tapped Mukilteo\, breakfast and lunch will be provided for free\, ensuring that you can focus on gaining insights and participating in this essential event. \nThis gathering is for everyone invested in our community’s well-being\, including parents\, teachers\, coaches\, middle and high school youth\, and all caring individuals seeking to enhance their ability to support others. \nJoin us at this crucial event as we come together to build hope\, resilience\, and a stronger\, more supportive community.
