Oktoberfest Donations bring in over 350 Pounds of Food for the Giving Plate
At Kendall’s 2023 Oktoberfest, guests were asked to bring in food or cash donations to earn their 2023 beer stein! Food & cash collected was donated to the Giving Plate, who serves over 3500 individuals with food insecurity in Central Oregon. Of those 3500, over 65% are under 18 years old. We are so proud to be a part of something greater as a community, and even more proud to say that donations from our guests brought in over 350 pounds of food and over $250 of cash donated.

Prost to Oktoberfest 2023! Kendall’s German brands joined together to celebrate one of our favorite events of the year and all of our amazing customers and community. After an evening filled with tots & brats, pretzels & cheese, and pumpkin & berry pie, we all agreed we don’t need to eat until next year’s event. Thank you to everyone who joined us, including an incredible performance from Precious Byrd, a dog show from JD Platt and his K9 Kings, and all the vendors that provided unforgettable food & beverages. Congratulations to our best dressed attendees, voted on by the Kendall team members, for showing their true Oktoberfest spirit. Lastly, thank you to all the pups that attended, I think we all agree they were dressed better than any of the attendees there.
