Kendall Subaru of Marysville continued its collaboration with Operation Warm® and Lutheran Community Services Northwest to help local children in urgent need this winter. Kendall Subaru of Marysville donated nearly 300 brand-new coats during a recent gifting event hosted at Lutheran Community Services Northwest. Volunteers from Kendall Subaru of Marysville helped children pick out the new clothing items in their favorite color during a free and engaging shopping experience on Thursday, January 16th.
Kendall Subaru of Marysville made the donation as part of Subaru Loves to Help®, a national initiative championed by Subaru of America, Inc. that helps share comfort, hope, and confidence with children and adults experiencing homelessness and urgent-need situations.
Millions of adults and children are experiencing homelessness and other urgent-need situations, including many in the Snohomish County community. Essential clothing items help keep children protected, warm, and dry and support a child’s mental and emotional well-being. Access to these necessities often determines whether a child attends school or participates in activities. For the 2025 Subaru Loves to Help initiative, Kendall Subaru of Marysville and more than 630 Subaru retailers nationwide are providing much-needed, brand-new clothing items to support children in their local communities. Through the Operation Warm partnership and other historical Subaru Loves to Help efforts, Subaru and its retailers will help more than 900,000 children and adults in urgent need.
