At Kendall, we believe in standing with the heroes who protect our communities and remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

This month, we had the honor of attending the Canyon County Law Enforcement Memorial, a solemn and powerful tribute to the 77 law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in Idaho. Each name etched into memory represents a life of service, courage, and commitment to keeping our communities safe.

From January to May of this year alone, 25 officers across the United States have died in the line of duty. These numbers are more than just statistics, they are reminders of the deep personal loss and the grief that families, departments, and entire communities continue to carry every day.

Behind every badge is a family that sacrifices alongside their loved one. When an officer falls, it’s not only the end of a life, it’s the beginning of a long journey of mourning and resilience for those they leave behind.

The memorial was a moment to reflect, remember, and recommit ourselves to supporting those who serve and the families who endure unimaginable loss. It was also a reminder of the value of community and unity during times of hardship.

At Kendall, we are deeply grateful for the men and women of law enforcement. We stand in support of their families and extend our heartfelt condolences to all who have lost a loved one in the line of duty.

Let us never forget their names, their stories, or their sacrifice.
