At Kendall Auto Alaska, we believe in building stronger communities — together.

That’s why we are proud to honor Anchorage Cops for Community (AC4C) as part of our #FordBuildingTogether initiative and spotlight them as true Local Heroes.

For years, AC4C has been creating positive, life-changing interactions between law enforcement and at-risk youth in our community. From partnering with us on Shop with a Cop & Firefighter — where children from our three local shelters get to experience the magic of Christmas alongside first responders — to hosting countless events throughout the year, their impact reaches far beyond what most people ever see.

When we reached out to ask how we could show our appreciation, their response said everything about who they are.

They didn’t ask for recognition.
They didn’t ask for anything for themselves.

Instead, they asked us to support something they are incredibly proud of — their RACKD (Random Acts of Cop Kindness) program.

Each month, AC4C officers head into grocery stores and gas stations across our community and quietly bless unsuspecting individuals by paying for their groceries or fuel. They simply tell them, “We appreciate the good you do that no one sees. Keep going.”

For the past four years, they’ve RACKD nearly 3,000 people in our community. Nearly 3,000 moments of encouragement. Nearly 3,000 reminders that kindness still wins.

With changes to outside grant funding, AC4C’s monthly budget for RACKD was reduced. So in honor of their incredible work, Kendall Auto Alaska is stepping up to match and fund six full months of their RACKD program — helping them continue spreading kindness and making an even bigger impact.

Because that’s what real heroes do.
And supporting them is what we’re proud to do.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to come alongside AC4C, experience the “awesomeness” firsthand, and continue building a stronger Alaska — together.

Thank you, AC4C, for showing our community what compassion in action looks like every single day.
