On April 4th and 5th, 2024, Q 100 the Point is turning the radio station over to the kids with the 15th Annual Country Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon, brought to you by Kendall Auto of the Kenai Peninsula. For over 40 years, Country Music Has Supported St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

What is St. Jude? Located in Memphis, Tennessee, St. Jude is one of the world’s premier centers for research and treatment of catastrophic diseases in children, primarily pediatric cancers. St. Jude treats over 8,600 children annually across the United States and worldwide. St. Jude covers all costs not covered by insurance for medical treatment rendered at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Families without insurance are never asked to pay.

That’s where we come in! On April 4th and 5th Q 100 the Point is turning the radio station over to the kids with the 15th Annual Country Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon. We’ll be LIVE for two days, raising money for the kids at St. Jude, and you can help—by becoming a Partner in Hope. Partners In Hope is a special community of monthly supporters who are committed to saving children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases by pledging $19 a month.

We’re looking for individuals and groups to join us in the fight to beat childhood cancer, by volunteering a couple hours of your time in our phone bank.
