Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening of resilience and hope at the Faces of Courage Benefit Gala on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 5:30 PM, at Boise Centre West.

This year’s inspiring event will feature stories of survival and strength, critical fundraising efforts, and keynote speaker Katrina Brownlee, a survivor of domestic violence who turned her pain into purpose.

Katrina’s journey is one of extraordinary courage. After surviving 10 gunshot wounds inflicted by her abusive fiancé, she overcame homelessness, learned to walk again, and joined the NYPD to advocate for change, retiring as one of its highest-ranking detectives. Today, she mentors at-risk young women through her nonprofit, Young Ladies of Our Future, and shares her powerful story in her upcoming memoir, And Then Came The Blues.

Why Attend?

By attending this event, you’ll help support Faces of Hope, a vital organization working to build a safer Treasure Valley for survivors of domestic abuse.
