Armed Services YMCA hosted its 17th annual charity golf tournament at Chena Bend Golf Course on Fort Wainwright. This annual event brings together service members, local businesses, and community members to raise awareness and funds for Armed Services YMCA’s programs that assist military personnel and their families throughout the year. USO Alaska hosted its annual Christmas in July event on Fort Wainwright. Over 500 service members and their families stopped by to enjoy music, food, and games. Kendall staffed a booth alongside 20 other businesses and military agencies to engage with service members.
